Horrocks Engineers is a civil engineering consulting firm providing quality services in a full range of disciplines, including water and wastewater resources, transportation, traffic, environmental, surveying, right of way, construction managemetn, materials testing, and inspection. Horrocks was founded over 35 years ago and maintains a staff of over 150 employees with offices in American Fork (Headquarters), Heber City, Utah Roosevelt, Utah, St. George, Utah and Boise, Idaho. Horrocks Engineers was founded upon principles of client support and quality engineering. Our firm size allows us to complete projects of varying complexity while employing expertise in specialty areas and providing individualized support to clients. As such, the majority of our work continues to come from repeat business from existing clients. As a result, we understand the importance of putting fort the extra effort necessary to meet the goals and objectives of each individual project for each of our clients.
