Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc., is one of Utah’s foremost, full-service engineering firms specializing in civil and structural engineering, land surveying and land planning. Ensign began its business as a land surveying firm in 1987. In 1995, founder Keith Russell added the engineering and planning components to provide its clients with a full range of services. Our clients acknowledge our commitment to excellence by continuing to return to us with new projects. Today, Ensign has locations in Midvale, Layton, Tooele, and Pleasant Grove. Our major disciplines are: Land Development, Municipal engineering, structural and seismic engineering and sanitary sewer collection systems.
